Drift Fleet Power Permissions
Justice is a spirit, which in Dragon Age terms, means that he's a creature created from the thoughts and values of mortals. This means he has a lot of crazy power to mess with mortal heads.
So here are permissions for those powers. This is for your reference, and if you choose to comment, it's for my reference as well. Tell me what you're okay with, what you're not, what Justice would sense if applicable, and so on. If you don't fill anything out, I'll just assume that you're not okay with powers being used on your characters and Justice's augment mysteriously messes with his powers when he's around your character.
In order, from most likely for Justice to actually do to least:
Read surface-level thoughts - If you're okay with this, then please let me know and include some stuff that Justice might hear in tags.
Read deeper memories and issues related to injustices suffered or committed - Same drill as above.
Read memories/impressions/thoughts left behind on objects that they handle - Same drill as above, though I can be vague about what Justice 'reads' because that power is much less defined in his canon. Does he see your character's tragic backstory? Does he get a random vision of your character eating breakfast and nothing else? It's whatever you're comfortable with.
Make your character invisible - This is something he'd only do under dire circumstances, since it takes a ton of effort and it's painful. Plus, he thinks invisibility is underhanded.
Make your character forget interacting with him - This is not something he's likely to do, and my default is to discuss this with muns before having him do it, but he can make people forget about him. He can't make them forget anything that doesn't have to do with him, and he can't make them forget about hearing other people talk about him, but he can make people forget seeing or talking to him themselves.
Possess your character - He is unlikely to do this even with a willing host, and would never try it with an unwilling one barring corruption. I would always talk to a mun before having him do this, because not only does it have serious implications for the other character, but it also has serious implications for Justice's personality. His whole character can change very dramatically depending on who he possesses, and I'd like to avoid that unless we have a big fancy plot planned that would probably end with him dead or a demon. Either way, this would automatically have a lot of OOC communication.
Fuck around directly with your character's head, causing vivid hallucinations, blinding and deafening them to certain things, and altering their thoughts - This is something he will never do unless he has become a demon, but his 'species' is established as being able to do this. Of course, if there's a plot where he's becoming a demon, I will ask people if they are okay with him doing this to their characters before this happens, even if they have given me permission to do it here. It's the kind of thing that needs a lot of OOC communication.

no subject
She's a mutant with some training in blocking telepaths, but no mental powers of her own so generally that plays out more like she can make her thoughts a little harder to break into as long as she is purposefully working at it, but not impossible by any means. Also, it was training on mutants so I'm not even necessarily saying it would work at all and furthermore she probably wouldn't try unless she considered him a threat. She tends to be a pretty open book.
He's from Daxam and he has like discount-bin versions of Kryptonian (superman) powers. Basically just the strength, speed, leaping, and then invulnerability (unless it's lead, because of course, be everything but bullet proof.) As far as we know he has no mental resistance, but he's an alien so do with that as you will.
Read surface-level thoughts: Sure! Brackets are free game. If you want more to go on just give me a poke. I'll try to keep it in mind when threading with him.
Read deeper memories and issues related to injustices suffered or committed: Yep. I'm not sure if you're canon familiar with either. Here is some background on Kitty including her CRAU. And then Mon-El's Wiki. You can always hit me up in plurk or something if you want some examples of injustices when we're threading or prompt me in brackets or OOC notes. Kitty has no shortage of injustices.
Read memories/impressions/thoughts left behind on objects that they handle: Also good with me. It can probably be whatever, but if it is something really heavy maybe just touch base first to make sure it isn't bad timing for some reason. (But it would probably be great!)
Make your character invisible: It is kind of funny to think of Kitty as intangible and invisible. Full ghost status. I doubt it would ever come to that with either of them, we'd just talk when it became a possibility?
Make your character forget interacting with him: Discussing is definitely good. I could see it being an interesting thing to play out maybe, but generally I don't like having my characters forget things (unless it's to cover my own bad memory). It's just hard to keep track of.
Possess your character: This has probably happened to both of them in canon in some form. Mon-El definitely. But yeah, sounds like a big deal to cross that bridge.
Fuck around...: Anything that isn't permanent would be fine, but we'd talk like you say!
